I wrote this as a prayer for someone I love who had drifted far from home. Somewhere in the praying, I came to the truth that changed everything: I was the one who was truly lost. Jesus met me there, found me, and saved me. If you're standing in the gap for a loved one, still praying them home, this song is for you.

When my grandson was struggling with a fear of monsters at bedtime, it reminded me how easily we can all feel overwhelmed by the "monsters" of anxiety, doubt, and fear in our own lives. I wrote this song to show that no matter how big our fears seem, the presence of Jesus is always bigger. It is becoming a children's book, too.
